AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH RE_'
ZONING PROPERTY ANDI
A31UNDING DISTRICT iIIAP
NO. 26
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following de-
scribed real property in the City
of Newport Beach; County of Or-
ange, State of California, to wit:
Lots 3 to 10, inclusive, Tract
4225, as shown on a map re- _
corded in Book 153, pages
23 and 24, of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange
County, California,
as shown on District Map No. 26
referred to in Section 9102.2 of
the Newport Beach Munlcipal
Code and made a part of Article
IX of said Code, be, and the same
is, hereby rezoned from an Un-
1 classified District to a C -N -H
District, and said Map No. 26 is
hereby amended to show this
zoning change.
SECTION 2. The Planning Di-
rector of the City of Newport
+
Beach is hereby instructed and I,
directed to change District Map;
No. 26 so as to show the zoning
change described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map
shall have been so amended, the
same shall remain in full force
and effect and be a part of
Article IX of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code._
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the of-
ficial newspaper of the City, and
the same shall be effective 30
days after the date of its adop-
tion.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 22nd day of
January, 1962, and was adopted
on the 13th day of February,
1962, by the following vote, to
wit:

Atkinson, Cook, Stoddard,
Hart, Somers
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT Councilmen: Lorenz
