CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHEM; A SETBACK
LINE AND AMENDING DIS-
TRICT MAP NO. 18 ................ _ ...

The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain as
follows-
SECTION 1. District Map No-
1.8 referred to in Section 9102.2
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code and made a part of Article
IX of said Code is amended, and
the following building setback
line is hereby established for the
.hereinafter described real prop-
erty in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, as follow,:
The front.building setback
line for Lots 3 through 55, _
Block A, Tract 673, as shown
on a map recorded in Book
20, pages 17 and 18, of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California,
shall be one foot (1')-
SECTION 2- The Planning Di-
rector of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change District Map
No. 18 so as to show the build-
ing setback line established in
Section 1 hereof, and, as said
District Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain
in full force and effect and be a
part of Article IX of the New-
port Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
5U days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the _City of NewpRrt
Beach held on the 28th day of - - --
March, 1962, and was adopted on
the 9th day of April, 1962, by the -
