AN ORDINANCE Or T1:E CITY OF
NEIYFORT BEACH REZONING PROP
ERTY, ESTABLISHING SETBACK
LINES, AND AMENDING DISTRICT
MAP NO. 23
The City Council of the City of New-
port Beach does ordain as follows:
SECTION L The following described
real property in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to wit:
Lots 1 through 107, Tracf 6003, as
shown on a map recorded in Book
100. pages p through 19, of Orang-
188, ps Maps, Records of Orange
County, California,
as shown on District Map No. 23 rate,, ad
to in Section 91022 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code and made a part of .Arh.

hereby rezoned from an Unclassified Dis-
trio to an R -I District, and said Man No.
