ORDINANCE NO. 1181
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING
SECTION 12,24,070 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain
SECTION la Section 12,24,070 of the Newport Beach Munici-
pal Code is amended to read:
"12.24.070 Prima Facie Speed Limit --- Fort Miles 2er
Hour. Tie prima facie speeci limit on the following named streets
or parts thereof shall be forty miles per hour.
Palisades Road from Jamboree Road to MacArthur Boulevard,
Dover Drive from West Coast Highway to Westcliff Drive.
Westcliff Drive from Dover Drive to Irvine Avenue,
Ford Road from Jamboree Road to MacArthur Boulevard."
SECTION 20 This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City and the same shall be effective
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the `City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the..22d day
