AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADDING
SECTION 14.24.095 TO CHAPTER 14024 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SEWER CONNECTIONS
IN COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT N0, 7
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows.
SECTION le Section 14.24.095 is added to Chapter 14,24
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to read.
"14.24,095 Sewer Connections in County Sanitation
District No, 7. No Building permit s a issue y the,
Building and Safety Department for any construction requir-
ing a sewer connection which is located within the boundaries
of County Sanitation District No, 7 of Orange County until
the applicant has presented.written evidence of payment of
any connection charges required by said district,"
SECTION 2> This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 12th day
is of seetember , 1966, and was adopted on the 26th day of
segtember, , 1966, by the following vote, to wit.
AYES, COUNCILMEN. Rovers, Parsons_ Marshall_
Gruber, Cook, Forsit, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN. None
