ORDINANCE NO. U 4 1 6
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 12.40.100 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT ANGLE PARKING
ON THE WEST SIDE OF VILLA WAY BETWEEN 32ND
STREET AND THE ALLEY TO THE SOUTH
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.40.100 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"12,40.100 Angle Parking Streets. Upon the following
described streets, all parking of motor vehicles shall be
angle parking:
Lido Park Drive, southwesterly side only, from 28th
Street to a point 405 feet northwesterly.
McFadden Place, from Balboa Boulevard to Ocean Front.
Ocean Front, from McFadden Place to 24th Street.
15th Street, from Ocean Front to Newport Bay.
15th Street, from Irvine Avenue to Clay Street and
its northerly extension.
17th Street, east side only, from first alley south
of Balboa Boulevard to Ocean Front.
Villa Way, west side, between 32nd Street and the
alley to the south."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 13th day of
December ,1971, and was adopted on the 27th day of December ,
1971 , by the following vote, to wit:
