ORDINANCE NO. 1784
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 12.66.060 TO THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLICATION OF
VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS IN BROADMOOR
SEAVIEW DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.66.060 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"12.66.060 Application of Vehicle Code to Private
Roads in Broadmoor Seaview Development. The provisions of
the California Vehicle Code shall apply to the following
private streets in the Broadmoor Seaview residential
development in the City of Newport Beach:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 13th
day
of
November
1978,
and was
adopted on the
27th
day
of
November
1978,
by the
following vote,
to wit:
