• AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH AMENDING A PORTION OF
DISTRICTING MAP N0. 8 TO CHANGE THE
LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM THE M -1
DISTRICT TO THE C -1 DISTRICT
(AMENDMENT NO. 581)
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property located
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California:
Lot No. 7, Block 331, Lancaster's Addition, in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at
413 30th Street, on the northerly side of 30th Street between
Newport Boulevard and Villa Way, in Cannery Village
as shown on Districting Map No. 8, referred to in Section 20.01.050 of
the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made a part of
Title 20 of said Code is hereby amended to change the land use
designation of said property from the M -1 District to the C -1
District.
SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change Districting Map No.
8 to reflect said change as described in Section 1 hereof, and as said
Districting Map shall have been so amended, the same shall be in full
force and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City and the same shall be effective 30 days
after the date of its adoption.

This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the day of January 10th ,
1983, and was adopted on the 24th day of January , 1983, by
the following vote, to wit:
