AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AND PARK LIDO, LTD.
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to City Council Ordinance No. 82 -30
establishing procedures and requirements for the consideration of
development agreements, that certain Development Agreement applicable to
the property located in the City of Newport Beach at 351 Hospital Road on
the northeasterly corner of Hospital Road and Placentia Avenue, more
particularly described as a portion of Lot 169, Block 2 of Irvine's
• Subdivision, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. Copies of said Development Agreement are on file in
the offices of the City Clerk and Planning Department of the City of
Newport Beach and said Development Agreement is made a part hereof by
this reference.
SECTION 3. The City Council finds that said Development
Agreement is in compliance with the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act and guidelines promulgated thereunder.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
iCouncil of the City of Newport Beach, held on the 10th day of
January , 1983, and was adopted on the 24th day of January I
1983, by the following vote, to wit:
