AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADDING SECTION
12.66.082 TO THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLICATION OF
VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS IN THE
TERRACES OF CORONA DEL MAR DEVELOPMENT
• THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 12.66.082 is added to the
Newport Beach Municipal Code to read as follows:
"Section 12.66.082. Application
of Vehicle Code to Private
Roads in The Terraces of Corona
del Mar Development.
The provisions of the
California Vehicle Code shall
apply to the following private
streets in The Terraces of
Corona del Mar residential
development in the City of
Newport Beach:
Narcissus Avenue
Geranium Avenue
Daffodil Avenue
Lilac Avenue
• Poppy Avenue
Poppy Lane."

Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause the same
to be published once in the official newspaper within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.
Section 3: This Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meting of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 13th day of April, 1992, and adopted on the
27th day of April, 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
