AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 91 -47 AND AMENDMENT NO. 730
FOR CORPORATE PLAZA WEST PLANNED COMMUNITY
(PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 756)
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91 -47 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk shall attest to the
passage of this Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the official newspaper
of the City within fifteen (15) days of its adoption. The Ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after the date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, held on the 13th day of April, 1992, and was adopted on the
• 27th day of April 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
