AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADDING SECTION
12.66.083 TO THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLICATION OF
VEHICLE CODE TO BAYVIEW CIRCLE.
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 12.66.083 is added to the
Newport Beach Municipal Code to read as follows:

"Section 12.66.083. Application
of Vehicle Code to Bayview
Circle.
The provisions of the
California Vehicle Code shall
apply to Bayview Circle.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause the same
to be published once in the official newspaper within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.
Section 3: This Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 23rd day of November 1992, and adopted on
the 14th day of December, 1992, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEMBERS HEDGES, SANSONE,
