AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SECTION
12.44.020 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE ADDING IN PARKING METER ZONE NINE.
• THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 12.44.020 (i) is added to the
Newport Beach Municipal Code to read as follows:
"(i) Zone Nine.
The streets from 37th Street to 61st Street,
inclusive, between Ocean Front and Seashore Drive.
The streets from 62nd Street to Summit Street,
inclusive, between Ocean Front and the alley northerly."
Section 2: The Mayor shall sign and the City
Clerk shall attest to the passage of this Ordinance. The City
Clerk shall cause the same to be published once in the official
newspaper within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
Section 3: This Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 13th day of March ,
• 19951 and adopted on the 27th day of
March , 1995, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEMBERS EDWARDS,
WATT, DERRY, HEDGES, COX, GLOVER, OTNEIL
NOES, COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
ABSENT COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
MAYOR
