RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF NEI"PORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLAN AND PROFILE
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF OCEAN
AVENUE, IN SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
That plan No.. 257, prepared by the City Engineer of said
City for the improvement of Ocean Avenue from a line 61 feet
easterly of the easterly line of 19th Street to the westerly
line of 9th Street, by the construction of a board side walk

on wooden pile bents and Plan No, AW , Assessment District
for the improvement of Ocean Avenue within said City, be and
tine same are hereby adopted as the plan for doing said work,
and the plan of said Assessment District, showing the exterior
boundary lines thereof.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolutin�.. being
