rescinded so far as the same relate to the Declaration of Intention
to order, or to tLe urdering of the improvements therein describe...,,
or to the awarding of a contract thereof, and each and all thereof,
but not as to the changes of grade therein set forth, and all pro -
ceedins for the construction of said improvements and each and all
of them are hereby abandoned.
