A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE GITY OF NETPORT BEACH DIRECTING CER-
TAIN WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE DONE. UNDER
THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID
CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach, do resolve
as follows;
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach did
on the day of October, 1923, pass a Resolution No.,2 " ordering the
improvement of Ocean Boulevard and certain other streets —, avenues and
alleys in Tract No. 518 as per Map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps
Book 17, pages 33, 34, 35 and 36, Records of Orange County, California
within said City under the Improvement Act of 1911 and the amendments to
said Act;
AND WHEREAS, said Board desires that said work be done under the
direction of the City Engineer;
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Reach
hereby resolve and direct that the aforesaid work shall be done under the
direction of the City Engineer, and the materials used shall comply with
the specifications and be to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, instead
of the Superintendent of Streets.
Passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach, this
