A RESOLUTION OF TY_E BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
PARK AVENUE AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS AND
ALLEYS ON BALBOA ISLAND 71THIN SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City .of Newport Beach does
resolve as follows:
That the folloi ^ing plans and plat prepared by the City En-
gineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions of
Park Avenue and certain other streets and alleys on Balboa
Island, within said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 308,dedignated, "City of Newport Beach,
California, Plan No. 308, plans and profiles of Park Avenue and
certain other streets on Balboa Island, in said City "; and Plan
No. 309, designated, "City of Newport Beach, California, Plan
No. 309 of water distribution system for supplying and distri-
buting domestic rater, and for fire protection on certain streets,
avenues, and alleys on Balboa Island, within said City ", and
Plat No. 310, designated, "Plat No. 310 of assessment district
for the improvement of certain portions of Park Avenue and cer-
tain other streets, avenues and alleys on Balboa Island, in the
City of Newport Beach, California ", be and the same are hereby
adopted as the plans for doing said work, and the plat for said
assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being Res-
olution No. 11 was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of
the City of Newport Beach this j - 711 ..day of czq
