Trustee Richter moved the adoption of the following
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 359.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD CF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER TWO CERTAIN ALLEYS AND ONE STREET IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED UP DESCRIBING THE
IMPROVEMENT, DIRECTING AND GIVING OF NOTICE, which motion was seconded by
Trustee Wilkinson, and passed by the following vote.
AYES -- Trustees Wilson, Young, Richter, Wilkinson
NOES -- Trustees none
ABSENTEES -- Trustee Sloan
