THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY.

The City Council of the City of ?Temport Beach do resolve
as follo"re:
"MEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
did, on the �I day of 1928, naes a
Resolution, No. %3 , orderin6 the improvement of certain portions
of Goldenrod Avenue mithin said City, under the Improvement Act of
1911, and the Amendments to said Act; and
THEREAS, said Council desires that Paid ror'k be done
under the direction of the City Engineer; now
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ve"ort Beach
hereby resolve and direct that the aforesaid work shall be done
under the direction of the City Engineer, and the materials used
shell comply with the specifications and be to the satisfaction of
the City Engineer instead of the Superintendent of Streets.
