PORTIrNS OF GOLDENROD AVENUE IN CORONA
DEL BAR, WITHIN SAID CITY.
11HEREAS, Pursuant to statute, the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Newport Beach made and filed with the City
Clerk of said City, on the 24th day of August 1925, his assess-
ment and diagram for the improvement of certain portions of
Goldenrod Avenue in Corona Del Mar, within said City, as directed
in Resolution of Intention 110.450 passed by the City Council of
said City on the 14th day of February 1925. -
iFHEREAS, Notice was duly given in the manner and form
required by law for all interested persons to appear before the
City Council in the Council Chamber of said Council, in the City
Hall, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P..„.. of Monday, the,10th day of
September 1925, and shop cause why said City Council should not
confirm said assessment; and
1MREAS, all interested persons having appeared before
this City Council and having been given full opportunity to show
cause vhy said assessment should not be confirmed, and all object-
ions presented having been heard and fully considered; now
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Neerport Beach, as follows:
That no cause has been shown why the said assessment
should not be confirmed;
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach does hereby approve and confirm the said assessment; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Superintendent of Streets
of said City of Newport Beach be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to attach a ;:arrant to said assessment and record the same
in the manner and form required by late, and thereafter to deliver
the same to the Contractor or his assignee.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of
Nel;port Beach on the /OjWday of Jleo��ir��er 1929, by the
following vote, to nit:
