A Resolution from the Pacific Electric Railway Co. granting the City of Newport Beach an
easement to a strip each side of their right -of -way from Alvarado to B Street, on condition that it
revert back to the Pacific Electric Railway Co. in case of condemnation proceedings at any time
for the balance of the right -of -way, was read, considered, designated RESOLUTION NO. 473 and
upon call of the roll passed by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Hilmar, Claire, Ellsworth, Williamson, Johnson.
NOES, Councilmen None.
ABSENT, Councilmen None.
