RESOLUTION NO. 47,5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, ADOPTING CERTAIN
PLANS FOR THE ERECTION AND CONSTRUCTION
OF BRIDGES AND ALL IMPROVEMENT AND WORK
INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT THERETO, IN
AND OVER CERTAIN PORTIONS OF MARINE AVE-
NUE AND PARK AVENUE, AND CERTAIN UNNAMED
PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN SAID CITY:
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve, as follows:
That the following plans and plat prepared by the
City Engineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions
of Marine Avenue and certain other Avenues, and certain other
Rights -of -way within said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 352, designated, "Plan No. 352, plans
for the improvement of Park Avenue and the Grand Canal within said
City ", and Plan No. 353 , designated, "Plan No. 353, plans for the
improvement of Marine Avenue and certain public rights -of -way
within said city" and Plan No. 1001, designated Standard Plan
No. 1001, Type A. Junction, Box for Street lighting, and Plat
No. 354, designated, "Plan No. 354 of assessment district for the
Improvement of Marine Avenue and certain other Avenues and
public rights -of -way in the City of Newport Beach, California ",
be and the same are hereby adopted as the plans for doing said
work, and the plat for said assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution,
being Resolution No. Y% was duly adopted by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach, this 5th day of November, 1928, by
the following vote, to -wit:
