RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, an agreement by and between
the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, as party of
the first part, and A. J. Twist, J. P. Greeley, A. B. Rousselle,
H.Cardoza Sloan, W. L. Jordan, Lew H. Wallace, Louis W. Briggs,
Harry D. Hyde, Ralph Maskey, Harry H. Williamson, Hal Will Smith,
H. M. Land and J. A. Beek, as parties of the second part; and
WHEREAS, the said agreement and terms thereof are
satisfactory to said City Council and said City Council deems
it for the best interest of said City that the same be entered
into and executed on behalf of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:. That said Agreement
be, and the same is hereby approved as written, by the City
Council of said City of Newport Beach, and the Mayor of said
City and the City Clerk of said City shall, andthey are hereby
authorized and directed to sign and execute said agreement on
behalf of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regu3&ly passed by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the /Ia�l
day of February, 1932., by the following "vote, to -wit;
