A deed dated the 28th day of July, 1932, from J. C. Lamb,
as tax collector of the County of Orange, State of California,
to the City of Newport Bead'►, granting to the City of Newport

Beach all that certain real property situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Newport Beach City, River Seation, Lot Fourteen (14)
Block 43, Records of Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
:THEREUPON, Councilman l live _� made a

carried, that said Deed.be accepted by the City of Newport Beach
and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of OrangeCounty, California.
