A deed dated the 28th day of July, 1932, from J. C. Lamb,
as tax collector of the amnty of Orange, State of California,
to the City of Newport Beach, granting to the City of Newport
Beach all that certain real property situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Newport Beach City, Corona Del Max, Lot Eight (8)
Block Seven Hundred Thirty -five (935), Records of
Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beaoh,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman 06. !t - made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach
and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California..
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
