A deed dated the 28th day of July, 1932, from J. C. Lamb,
as tax collector of the County of Orange, State of Oalifornia,
to the Oity of Newport Beaoh, granting to the City of Newport
Beach all that certain real property situated in theCity of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Newport Beach City, Corona Del Briar, Lot flour (4)
Block Six Hundred Forty -tyro (642), Records of
Orange County, Oaliforniae
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman AAK made a
motion, duly seconded by Counoilm and
carried, that said deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach
and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange Count3r, California.
