A deed dated the 28th day of July, 1932, from J. C. LAMB,
as tax collector of the County of Orange, State of California,
to the City of Newport Beach, granting to the City of Newport
Beach all that certain real property situated in the Uizy of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as fmtlows, to -wit:
Newport Beach City, Corona Del Mar, Lot Two (2),
Block Six Hundred Forty -two (642)0 Records of
Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California. t
WHEREUPON9 Councilman \a: r e made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman C and
carried, that said Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
