RESOLUTION NO. 7, -
MREAS, certain employees of the City of Newport
Beach have heretofore been paid for their services on a monthly
basis; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach to place said employees on a per diem wage
scale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH: That the following named employees
of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby placed
on a per diem wage scale, as hereinafter mentioned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the employees of the
City of Newport Beach hereinafter mentioned shall be paid the
per diem wage scale set opposite their respective names, from
a cem eh
and after the �— day of 19320
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the heads of departm
shall keep an accurate time sheet of the days that the employees
hereinafter mentioned shall work, and said employees shall be
paid for said work upon claims presented,as provided for by
the ordinances.of the City of Newport Beach , at the first
regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Newport Beac
in each month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the employees effected
by this resolution, together with the per diem wage scale which
they shall receive from and after the date mentioned in this
resolution, are as follows:
