RESOLUTION NO. 772
WHEREAS, certain employees of the City of Newport Beach
have heretofore been placed on a per diem wage scale; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the Cit
of Newport Beach to change said per diem wage scale heretofore
set by Resolution No, of the City of Newport Beach, to
the wage scale set opposite the respective names of said employee
and as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No.
?146 of the City of Newport Beach, heretofore passed and
adopted, be in full force and effect, except as to the wages
to be paid to the employees of said City of Newport Beach; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the employees effected
by this resolution, together with the per diem wage scale
which they shall receive from and after the Olt- day of
