WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Counoil
of the oity of Newport Beaoh a oertain oonditional sales oontraot
dated the 5th day of August, 1935, by and between Theodore Robins,
as party of the first part, and the oity of Newport Beaoh, as
party of the seoond part; and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Sales Oontraot provides for
the first party selling to the seoond party one oertain 1935 Ford
111-1146Z66-
V -8 piok -up, Color Green, Serial No.kL-jQLt& 1935 License No.
?1 a1 for the sum of $658.87, upon the terms and oonditio
in said Conditional Sales Contraot speoified; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed for the benefit and best inter-
eats of the oity of Newport Beaoh that said Oontradt be entered
into.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said Conditional
Sales Oontraot be, and the same is hereby approved as written, by
the City Oounoil of the oity of Newport Beaoh, and the Mayor and
City Clerk of said01ty shall, and they are hereby authorized
and directed to sign the same on behalf of said oity, and the
Clerk is directed to have the party of the.first part sign said
Conditional Sales Oontraot, and the same shall thereupon be filed
and beoome a valid oontraot as between the parties thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed by the oity Counoil of the City of
Newport Beaoh at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of
August, 1935, by the following vote, to -wit:
