RESOLUTION NO.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Engineer be,

and he is hereby directed and authorized to present to the

WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
5
Beach did, on the 1st day of June, 1936, present to the City
6
Council of the City of Newport Beach, an itemized statement
7
of the expenditures for street construction and maintenance
8
on Seashore Drive between 36th Street and 51st Street; and
9
WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Newport
10
Beach finds that each and all of said expenditures for street
11
construction and maintenance were actually necessary and said
12
labor and materials as in said statement shown, actually fur -
13
nished.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said expendi-
15
tures aforeaaid, for street construction and maintenance afore-
16
said, be, and the same are hereby approved as submitted by said
17
City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Engineer be,
19
and he is hereby directed and authorized to present to the
20
Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, State of Calif -
21
ornia, a request for funds to cover said expenditures, from
22
the Gasoline Fund Tax of the County of Orange.
23
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayorcdf the City
24
of Newport Beach be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
25
to approve in writing, said written expenditures, and that an
26
itemized statement of said expenditures, in the total sum of
27
$2,374.36, signed by said Mayor and City Engineer, be submitted
28
and filed with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange,
29
in connection with this Resolution, and that a certified copy
30
of this Resolution be filed therewith.
