RESOLUTION NO. 966.
A Tax Deed under Section 3897d of the Political Code
dated the -U_ day of June, 1936, from J. C. Lamb as Tax
Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, as party
of the first part, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
Corporation of the sixth class, of the State of California, as
party of the second part, wherein said J. 0. Lamb as Tax Collector
of the County of Orange, State of California, grants to the City
of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows, to -wit:
The following lots, being the lots as shown in
"RESUBDIVISION OF CORONA DEL MAR" as permap recorded in Book 4,
page 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.

Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith With
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
