RESOLUTION NO. 4?7 D
A Grant Deed dated the 7th day of July, 1936, from
Estelle Porter Epperly, granting to the City of Newport Beach,
a Municipal Corporation of the sixth class of Orange County,
California, all that certain real property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows:
All that portion of Block "F° of Balboa Tract, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 11 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, Califor-
nia, lying between the southwesterly prolongation
of the northwesterly line of Lot 27, Block 14, of
said Balboa Tract, and the southwesterly prolonga-
tion of the southeasterly line of said Lot 27,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman wa and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:,

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from
the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a
