RESOLUTION NO. _
A Deed of Easement dated the 7th day of June, 1936,
from the west Newport Yacht Club, a corporation, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth class of
Orange County, California, granting to the city of Newport Beach
a right of easement for sanitary sewer pipe line, in, over,along
and across that certain strip of land twelve feet in width,
situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, being six feet on either side of the following
described center line%
Beginning at a point in the northerly prolongation
of the Westerly line of Block 634, Canal Section, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 4, page 98 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California, which point is South
170 321 West 31.84 feet from the point of intersection of
the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of said
Block 634 with the ordinary high tide line of the Pacific
Ocean in Newport Bhy, as described and designated "South
Line" by Court Decree, case No. 23686 of the Superior Court
of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange,
a copy of said decree being recorded in Book 201, page 253
of Official Records of said County, September 19th, 1928;
running thence North 390 20' 46" East 39.66 feet to an
intersection with the said ordinary high tide line,
together with the right to maintain, operate, repair and replace
a pipe line or pipe lines for sanitary sewer purposes over and
along said described strip of land, was presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beao , California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �ah v e r made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman g and
carried, that said Deed of Easement be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of the County of Orange,
State of California.
