Class of the State of California, remising, releasing and quitclaim-
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
situated . in -the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California,,

as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages
41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
