Class of the State of California, remising, releasing and quitclaim,•
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, Oalifornia,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wits
Lot 1, Block 737, Corona Del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California,
bias presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California,
WHERkUPON, Councilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman T.6 III and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by.said City of
Newport.Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange Bounty, California,
