6 claiming to the city of Newport Beach all that certain real
7 property situated in the City of Newport.Beach, County of
8 Orange, State of California, and described as follows:

PJer.port Beach, as shown on a Map recorded
10 in Book 4, page 25 of Miscellaneous raps,
Records of Orange County, California,

was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,

carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of

Recorder of Orange County, California.
