3 A Quitclaim deed dated the 17th day of March, 1937, from
4 ANTHONY J. TELICH and GEORGIA KNIGHT TELICH, to the city of
5 Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth class, remis-
6 ing, releasing and qultnlalming to the city of Newport Beach all
7 that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
8 County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
9 Lot 15, Block 738, Corona Del }'ar, as shown on a
10 Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Mis-
cellaneous'3iaps, Records of Orange County,
11 California,
12 was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
13 California.
n 14 WHEREUPON, Councilman �'a'%r made a
15 motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
16 carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be acoepted by the city of
17 Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instruoted to reeordy
18 the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
19 California.
