RICHARD X. HEINISCH to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
corporation of the sixth class of Orange County, California,
remising, releasing and quitolaiming to the City of Newi)ort Beach
all that certain real property situated in theCity of Newport
Be<:ch, County of Orange, State of California, and described as
follows, to -wit:
Lots 6 and B, Block 639, Corona Del Va.r, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42'of
Miscellaneous Vaps, Records of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California. _
