3 A quitclaim Used dated the 319t day of Varoh, 1wi
4 from BONA G. NIELSen and NIELS J. NIELSEN, husband and Rife,
5 to the City of Newport B ach, a Municipal corporation of the
6 sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of
7 Newport Beach, all that certain real prorerty situate is the
8 City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, and nose
9 particularly described as follows
Lots 6 and 8, Block 538, Corona D61 Mar, as
10 shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41
11 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California,
12 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
13 California.
14 WHEREUPON, Councilman made
15 a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
16 carried, that said quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
17 Newport Beach, and that the Clerk be instructed to record the same
18 forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, Qalifornis.
19 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
