RESOLUTION NO.
,EREAS, Frcd S. Chapman has this day offered to the
City of Newport Beach, the sum of $200.00 for Lots B and 10,
Block 432, Corona Del Jar, in the City of Newport Beach, as shown
on Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Naps,
Records of Oran -e County, California; and
`HERMS, the said nrice is a fair and adequate price
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
'.:HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
property be sold for the said sum of F'200.00; and
M,T- -R7AS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
above described.
NOV, THEA- FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property
be sold to the said Tied S. Chapman for the sum of ::200.00,
free and clear of all encumbrances, subject to the taxes for
the fiscal year 1937 -39, and unpaid improvement assesare nts
of record. Alsa subject to c onditione, restrictions and
reservations of record.
