RESOLUTION NO.
1 A quitclaim Deed dated the 2nd day of April,
2 1937,f from William J. Schiltz and Jennie M. Schiltz, his wife,
3 to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of the
4 sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of
5 Newport Beach, all that certain real property situated in the
6 City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Californiat
7 and more particularly described as follows:

Lots 11 and 13, Block 533, Corona Del Mar, as
9 shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
10 County, California.

16 carried, that said Quitclaim Deek be accept d by the City of
17 Rewpert Beach. and that the Clerk be instructed to record the as
18 forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
