A Quitclaim Deed dated the 28th day of April, 1937,
from STATE SUBSIDIARY, Ltd., a California Corporation, to the
City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation of the Sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
Beach all that certain real property situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 in Block 1; Lots 6, 7,
8 and 9 in Block 2; Lots 7 and 8 in Block 3; Lots 5, 6, 7
and 8 in Block 4; Lots 7, 8 and 12 in Block 6, all in Seashore
Colony Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 25 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
Lots 1 to 27, both inclusive, in Block 1; Lots 2 to 27,
both inclusive, in Block 2; Lots 3 to 26, both inclusive, in
Block 3; Lots 1 to 25, both inclusive, and Lots 27 and 28 in
Block 4; Lots 2. 12, 13, 15 to 20, both inclusive, and Lot 27,
in Block 5; Lots 21 31 41 51 and 7'to 23, both inclusive, and
Lots 26 and 27, in Block 6; Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12,
13, 16, 17, 18, 21, 23 and 26 in Block 7• Lots 4 to 12, both
inclusive, in Block 8; Lot 4 in Block 1Z; Lots 1, 2, 4, 7, 9
and 10 in Block 13; Lots 3 to 12, both inclusive, and 14 to
20, both inclusive, in Block 14; Lots 1 to 17, both inclusive,
and Lots 24 to 36, both inclusive, in Block 15; Lots 1 to 23,
both inclusive, in Block 16; Lots 1 to 8, both inclusive, in
Block 17; Lots 1 to 26, both inclusive, in Block 18; Lots
1 to 16, both inclusive, in Block 19; Lots 1 to 11, both
inclusive, in Block 21; Lots 1 to 13, both inclusive, in
Block 22; Lots 1 to 35, both inclusive, in Block 23; Lots
1 to 22, both inclusive, in Block 24; Lots 1 to 7, both
inclusive, in Block 25; and Lots 7, 11 and 12 in Block 26;
all in tract No. 772, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 23,
pages 5 and 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
Iwas presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman C�O%ra, made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman r6-,- o4 and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach, and that the Clerk be instructed to record the
same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
