RESOLUTION NO. IM_
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the
City Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain agreement
dated the 26th day of April, 1937, between the City of Newport
Beach, a Municipal corporation, therein designated as First
Party, and F. M. Strobridge and Myrtle E. Strobridge, therein
designated as Second Parties; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the parties of
second part arewilling to grant to the party of the first part
a certain easement for sewer purposes, without conpensation exce:
upon the condition that the party of the first part shall quit-
claim to the parties of the second part certain property in said
agreement more particularly set forth, and other terms and
conditions in said agreement more particularly described; and
WHEREAS, said agreement further provides t1at all
parties thereto have accepted and received the respective grants,
easements and permissions in said agreement set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
agreement be entered into.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed, instructed and authorized to execute said agreement
in-the name of and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and
that a duly executed copy thereof be delivered to the parties
of the second part therein named.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting
