A Quitclaim Deed from MINNIE EMMA FISK and VI. D. FISK$
her husband, dated the 24th day of May, 1937, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth class of
the State of California., remising, releasing and quitclaiming to
the City of Newport Beach, all that certain real property situate
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows, to -wit:
The Southerly 34 feet of Lot 5, B1ook*0, Tract 323
as shown on a Hap recorded in Book 14, pages 40 anA
41 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California. /��
'WHEREUPON, Councilman CLI' ae-1 made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman ��r��,, and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Ner:port Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
