A Quitclaim deed from Woodward Davis, a single man,
dated the 24th day of June, 1937, to the City of Newport Beach,
a Municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
California, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City
of Newport Beach, all that certain real property situated in
the city of Newport Beech, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 6, Block 440, Oorona Del Yar, as shown on a
?dap recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, RerorOs of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the Oity of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman - e i :�_ made
a motion, duly seconded by ;ouneilman and
carried, that said quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be i.lstruoted to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
That said motion s acrried by the following vote,
