CALIFORNIA . y RESOLUTION NO. 146 A Grant of Easement dated the 2nd day of July, 1937, from CITIZENS NATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS BANK OF LOS ANGELES, a National Banking Association, as first party, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation, as second party, for the consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, granting to the second party a perpetual easement and right of way for highway purposes, and the right to construct, maintain and use such highway over and across that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL "A" All of Lots 9 and 10, Blook A -35, Corona Del Mar Tract, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Reoords of Orange County, California. PARCEL "B" All of Lots 9 and 10, Blook A36, Corona Del Mar Tract, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Reoords of Orange County, California. PARCEL "C" All those portions of Lots 8, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22, Blook A36, as shown on map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, lying northwesterly of a line parallel to the northwesterly line of Iris Avenue, formerly known as 35th Avenue, and distant 80 feet southeasterly therefrom. PARCEL "D" All that portion of Lot "C", as shown on a map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, lying between the southwesterly prolongations of the southeasterly and northwesterly lines of Dahlia Avenue, formerly known as 31st Avenue, as said 31st Avenue is laid out and shown on said map of Corona Del Mar, and extending southwesterly from the southwesterly line of "A" Street, as shown on said map of Corona Del Mar, to the ordinary high tide line of the Pacific Ocean in Newport Bay, as described in Court Case No. 23688 of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, a certified copy of the Court Decree is recorded in Book 185, page 363, Official Records of said County. 1. • 1 PARCEL "E" - Easement for Road at Fernleaf Avenue AP 1W 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 All of Lots 17 and 18 of Block 232, as shown on Map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, including the alley 14 feet in width between said Lot 17 and said Lot 18, vacated by Resolution Number 366 of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, and that portion of Dahlia Avenue, formerly.known as 31st Avenue, vacated by Resolution Number 366 of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, lying Northeasterly of a straight line drawn from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 18, Block 232, to a point in the Southeasterly line of Lot 17, Block 231 of said Corona Del Mar which point is 11.25 feet Southwesterly of the most Easterly corner of said Lot 17. All that portion of Lot 15, Block 232 of said Corona Del Mar, lying Northeasterly of a straight line drawn from the most Southerly corner of said Lot 15 to a point in the Northwesterly line of said Lot 15 which point is 15.85 feet Southwesterly from the most Northerly corner of said Lot 15. All that portion of Lot 16 of Block 232 of said Corona Del Mar lying Northeasterly of a straight line drawn from the most Northerly corner of said Lot 16 to a point in the Southeasterly line of said Lot 16 which point is 14.15 feet Southwesterly from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 16. All that portion of that certain alley 14 feet in width in said Block 232 vacated by Resolution Number 366 of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach lying between the hereinbefore described portions of Lots 15 and 16 of said Block 232. PARCEL "F" A strip of land forty (40) feet in width across Lot D, as said Lot D is shown upon a map oV orona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, lying along and adjacent to the following described centerline; Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line of the County Road, 40 feet in width through said Lot D, which point of beginning is thirty -five (35) feet measured along the last mentioned southwesterly line, northwesterly of the point of intersection of the said southwesterly line of the County Road, and the southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly line of Begonia Avenue, formerly known as 29th Avenue, as shown on said map of Corona Del Mar; running thence westerly in a direct line to an intersection with the ordinary high tide line of the Pacific Ocean in Newport Bay, as described in Court Case No. 23688 of the Superior Court of the State Of California, in and for the County of Orange, a certified copy of the Court Decree being recorded in Book 185, page 363, Official Records of said County, said point of inter- section being twenty (20) feet southerly, measured along a curve having a radius of three hundred fifty (350) feet from the point of change in curve in the said ordinary high tide line, as described in said Court Decree. Cp LIFDR NIp 2 MW 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 PARCEL "G" All that portion of Lot "B ", as said Lot B is laid out and shown upon a map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Reoords of Orange County, California, described as follows, to —wit: A strip of land 20 feet in width lying northwesterly of and adjacent to the southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly line of Narcissus Avenue, formerly known as 40th Avenue, as 40th Avenue is laid out and shown upon a Map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3 pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Reoords of Orange Bounty, California, and extending 200 feet southwesterly from the southwesterly line of Ooean Avenue, as said Ooean Avenue is laid out and shown upon said map of Corona Del Mar. TOGETHER WITH the right to enter upon and pass over and along said strips of land and to deposit tools, implements and other materials thereon by second party, its officers, agents and employees, and all persons under contract to construct and improve said highways, or any one or more of them, whenever and wherever necessary, for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, inspecting, maintaining, operating or repairing said highways, or any one or more of them. was presented to the City Counoil of the City of Newport Beach, California. WHEREUPON, Councilman is Ye.
