3 WHEREAS, WILLIAM D. CHRISMAN and EDNA L. CHRISMAN,
4 husband and wife have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT
5 BEACH, the sum of $450.00 for the Ner aat ®r�Y' fset- of

6 Lots 44, 45,and 46, Tract No. 673, Corona del Mar, in the City
7 of Newport Beach, as shown on Map recorded in Book 20, pages
8 17 and 18, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
9 California; and
10 WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
11 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
13 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
14 property be sold for the said sum of $450.00; and
15 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
16 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
17 above described.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That said property
19 be sold to the said William D. Chrisman and Edna L. Chrisman,
20 husband and wife, for the sum of $450.00, free and clear of all
21 encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1937 -39,
22 and unpaid improvement assessments of record. Also subject to
23 conditions, restrictions and reservations of record.
24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $45.90 be paid
25 to Mrs. W. I. Williams, as and for her commission for the
26 negotiating of the sale of said real property to William D.
27 Chrisman and Edna L. Chrisman, his wife, as joint tenants, said
28 sum being a fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in said
29 sale, and said broker being a licensed realtor of the city of
30 Newport Beach.

32 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
