WHEREAS, C. A. TAUCHER and ANNA TAUCHER, husband and

wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the
4
sum of $150.00 for Lot 21, Block 443, Corona del Mar, in the
5
City of Newport Beach, as shown on Map recorded in Book 3,
6
pages 41 and 42, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
7
California; and
8
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
11
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12
property be sold for the said sum of $150.00; and
13
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
15
above described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property
17
be sold to the said C. A. Taucher and Anna Taucher, husband and
18
wife, for the sum of $150.00, free and clear of all encumbrances,
19
subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1937 -35, and unpaid
20
improvement assessments of record. Also subject to conditions,
21
restrictions and reservations of record.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $15.00 be
23
paid to H. Cardoza Sloan, as and for his commission for the
24
negotiating of the sale of said real property to C. A. Taucher
25
and Anna Taucher, his wife, as joint tenants, said sum being
26
A a fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale,
27
1W and said broker being a licensed realtor of the City of
28
Newport Beach.

Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
