RESOLUTION NO.
1
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the

City Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Agreement
3
for Sale of Real Estate dated the day of �ek�Q3o�
4
1937, by and between the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Munic pal
5
Corporation of the sixth class, therein referred to as the Seller,
6
and EARL H. GRAHAM and NELLIE GRAHAM, husband and wife as joint
7
tenants with the right of survivorship, therein referred to as
8
the Buyer; and
9
WHEREAS, said Agreement for sale of Real Estate
10
provides for the sale, by the Seller to the Buyer, of Lots 11
11
and 12, Block 37, River Section, in the city of Newport Beach,
12
Orange County, California, for the sum of $225.00, payable upon
13
the terms and conditions and in the amounts specified in said
14
Agreement of Sale; and
15
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
16
Beach believes that it is for the best interests of said city
17
that said real property be sold to the said purchaser upon the
18
terms and conditions in said agreement set forth.
19
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
20
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
21
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said Agreement
22
for Sale of Real Estate in the name of the City of Newport Beach,
23
and the City Clerk is directed to deliver a duly executed copy
24
thereof forthwith to the Purchaser therein named.
